1. Who we are
This policy covers infinityjasele.com and the Styled Studio photography and modeling services of Infinity Jasele ("we," "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hi@infinityjasele.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiry form: your name, email, brand, country, website, reference links, package and image preferences, product list and sizes, timeline and project details.
- Email and booking: anything you include in messages, approvals and briefs, plus billing details and shipping or return addresses.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Website analytics
We use Umami to understand how the site is used, such as page views, referring websites, country, device and browser type, and whether the inquiry form is submitted. Umami doesn't use cookies, doesn't store IP addresses or build profiles, and doesn't track you across other websites. Its reports are anonymous and aggregated, so they can't identify you.

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the studio, and only as much as each one needs:
- Website hosting and forms: Netlify, Inc. (United States)
- Anonymous analytics: Umami (no cookies or personal information)
- Email: our email provider
- Payments: our payment processor, for invoicing and taking payments
- Shipping: the carriers handling your products
- Our photographer: project details needed for your shoot, never your payment information
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers process data there. If you contact us from the EU, UK or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, our providers use recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't become bookings: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Booking, invoice and tax records: up to 7 years, as required for accounting.
- Delivered image files: download links expire after 30 days. Archived copies may be kept for our portfolio and records.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless we're legally required to keep it
- stop sending you updates
If you're in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you can also restrict or object to processing, ask for a copy of your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

8. Cookies and local storage
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics tool, Umami, is cookie-free and anonymous (see section 2). Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no third-party font service sees your visit. The only things saved in your browser are these small items. They stay on your device and are never sent to us on their own:

All are functional, not tracking. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. If we ever add advertising or other tracking tools, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to client information is limited to the people working on your project. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details such as passwords or full card numbers by email.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Our services are for businesses and adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Questions or requests: hi@infinityjasele.com.
