1. Who we are
These terms apply to every photography and modeling service booked through Styled Studio by Infinity Jasele ("we," "us," "our"). "You" means the brand or person booking the service. By sending an inquiry, approving a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. If you and we sign a separate written agreement for a project, that agreement takes priority wherever the two differ.
2. Quotes and bookings
Package prices on our website are starting points. After you inquire, we send a written quote with the concept, shot list, deliverables, usage and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
A booking is confirmed only when you have approved the quote in writing (email is fine) and we have received your payment (the deposit, or full payment for a Trial Day). Shoot dates are not held before then.
3. Payment
- Packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your shoot. The balance is due when your proofing gallery is ready.
- Trial Day spots are paid in full when booked.
- Prices are in US dollars. You're responsible for any bank, transfer or currency-conversion fees, and for any taxes or duties in your country.
- Final files and your usage license are released only after full payment.
- If a balance is unpaid 14 days after it's due, we may pause delivery until payment is received.
4. Trial Days
Trial Days are held about four times a year, on dates we announce to our mailing list first. Each one is shared by up to four brands. Registration opens about 30 days before each Trial Day, with 48-hour early access for our mailing list. Spots are booked online, first come, first served, and are secured by payment. If a Trial Day is overbooked, the latest booking will be moved to the next Trial Day or refunded in full. Dates may change.
- Each spot includes up to 3 products, one styled look and 10 edited images mixing white background and lifestyle.
- Each brand can book one Trial Day.
- Products must arrive at least 7 days before the shoot day. If they arrive late, we'll try to fit them in. If we can't, your spot moves to the next Trial Day.
- If you book a full package within 60 days of your Trial Day delivery, we'll credit $100 toward it. The credit can't be exchanged for cash.
- Trial Day images use a shared set and styling plan, so concepts are lighter than in a full package.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to change your booking: you can reschedule a package shoot once at no charge if you tell us at least 5 days before the shoot date. Your deposit can be applied to a new date within 90 days. You can move a Trial Day spot once to the next Trial Day if you tell us at least 14 days before the shoot. Deposits and Trial Day fees aren't refundable if you cancel.
If we need to change your booking: if illness, an emergency or circumstances outside our control prevent the shoot, we'll offer the next available date. If we can't agree on a new date, we'll refund what you've paid for any work we haven't delivered.
6. Approval and creative process
Before every shoot, you approve the concept, styling direction and shot list in writing. We then create the images within that brief, using our professional judgment on lighting, posing, composition and editing. After the shoot, you choose your final images from a private proofing gallery.
Please share everything that matters to you, such as brand guidelines, references, must-have angles and product details, before you approve. Approval confirms that the brief is complete.
7. Corrections and reshoots
We don't offer revision rounds for changes of mind, because the brief is agreed before we shoot. We will fix our own mistakes at no charge, including:
- a shot on your approved shot list that we missed
- product color that isn't accurate
- an editing or technical error in a delivered file
Please report any of these within 7 days of delivery. We'll correct the file or reshoot the affected images. New ideas, new looks, different styling or a change of direction after approval will be quoted as a new booking. We can't fix problems caused by products arriving damaged, in the wrong size or without the instructions we need.
8. Delivery
Delivery times start when we have your products, your approval and your payment. Trial Day images are delivered 7–10 days after the shoot day. Packages typically take 10–14 days, or within 5 days with paid rush delivery. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Files are delivered by secure download link, which stays open for 30 days. Please keep your own copies. After that, we may archive or delete them.
9. Your products and shipping
- Please don't ship anything until your booking is confirmed. We'll send our shipping address then.
- You pay inbound shipping, insurance, customs duties and import taxes. International shipments should be marked "Samples for photography, to be returned" on the commercial invoice.
- We aren't responsible for loss, damage or delays caused by carriers or customs. Please insure valuable items.
- We handle every product with care while it's with us. If a product is damaged while in our possession through our own negligence, our liability is limited to its wholesale replacement cost, up to the amount you paid for the booking.
- Normal handling during a shoot, such as trying on, wearing, styling or steaming, is expected and isn't damage.
- To have products returned, include a prepaid return label or pay return shipping at cost before the shoot. If no return has been arranged within 30 days of delivery, we may keep or donate the items.
10. Image ownership and usage license
We keep the copyright in all images we create. Once your booking is paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your final delivered images as described in your quote.
Introductory license (bookings confirmed before 30 June 2027)
- Worldwide, with no expiry
- Your website, online shops and marketplaces
- Organic and paid social media, including social ads
- Email marketing, line sheets, lookbooks and press kits
Quoted separately
- Print advertising, packaging, in-store displays, billboards, outdoor, television and streaming advertising
Not permitted under any license
- Reselling, sublicensing or giving the images to other businesses, except agencies or retailers selling your product, who may use them only to promote it
- Using the images, or my likeness in them, to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial intelligence, or to create synthetic, AI-generated or digitally altered versions of me
- Editing the images beyond reasonable cropping, resizing and color adjustment, including changing my face, body or skin tone
- Using the images in political, adult, defamatory or misleading contexts, or in a way that suggests I personally endorse anything other than the product shown
If full payment isn't made, no license is granted. Licenses for bookings made after 30 June 2027 will follow the usage terms in your quote.
11. My likeness
I model in every image. My name, face, body and likeness belong to me. The license above lets you use the delivered images as they are. It doesn't let you use my likeness in any other way, such as in new images, composites, AI tools or new campaigns, without separate written permission.
12. Portfolio use
We may share a selection of images from your shoot in our portfolio, website and social channels after your product launch date. If your project needs to stay private, tell us before you book and we'll agree to an embargo or keep the work private.
13. Work we don't accept
We don't photograph nudity or adult content, or anything promoting hate, discrimination, violence or illegal activity. We may decline any booking we don't think is a good fit. If so, we'll tell you before you pay.
14. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or missed launch dates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as illness, extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier or customs delays, or power and internet outages.
15. General
We may update these terms from time to time. Your booking is governed by the version in effect when you confirmed it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
